For over 50 years, Alberta School for the Deaf (ASD) has proudly served Deaf and Hard of Hearing students from Grades 1 through 12 in an academic, language and culture enriched learning environment.

In partnership with South Slope Elementary and Burnaby South Secondary schools, value is given to Deaf heritage and each student is encouraged to become a responsible, contributing member of the Deaf & hearing communities.

The Manitoba School for the Deaf is a full service Kindergarten to Senior 4 school operating in a Bilingual-Bicultural environment, with ASL as the language of instruction and English being taught as a second language
