Our clinicians are dually registered as Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Practitioners under the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC. We provide comprehensive hearing assessments and we dispense the latest digital hearing aids from all major brands. In addition, we offer communication strategies classes in a supportive, small group environment.

We are non-profit. This makes us unique from other hearing clinics. Productive income from hearing aid and device sales help support social services programs in our Agency, such as our Hearing Aid Loaner Program.

Because no two hearing losses are alike, our philosophy is to work closely with each individual client to develop a rehabilitation program that best meets our client's hearing needs, lifestyle, support network and budget. To ensure our clinicians are providing the most updated diagnostic and rehabilitation services, we have a superior professional development program that includes active participation as clinical faculty for the UBC School of Audiology and Speech Sciences.
