The Employment Counselling Department provides a wide variety of employment related programs and services for Deaf, Deafened, Deafblind and Hard of Hearing persons based on the needs identified. Looking for work can be a hard and our counsellors are ready to assist jobseekers in their journey to become employed. We provide services in the Metro Vancouver area and in Okanagan area.

Our Employment Counsellors are experienced and specialize in providing individualized, client centred services such as Career Counselling, Employment Readiness, Resume writing, Job clubs and much more.

In addition to our personalized services, the Learning for Life team designed and developed an innovative employment skill enhancing website as a powerful self-help tool.
