The Western Institute for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Job Finding Club is a structured one-week program to enhance a Deaf, Deafblind, Deafened of Hard of Hearing job seeker has greater capacity to participate in the labour market.

Sessions are specially tailored covering topics such as Disability Management, Networking, Job Interview Skills, Communication Skills, Workplace Expectations and how to use the Internet effectively in your job search. In addition an innovative employment skill enhancing website, developed by our Learning for Life team, is a powerful self help tool. Job Clubs are held four times a year, in April, June, September and November.
