Hearing Aid Clinic

We’re Non-Profit!

WIDHH's three Hearing Aid Clinic locations are the only non-profit hearing clinics in all of British Columbia.

We provide hearing tests, sales of new hearing aids with the latest digital technology, and other hearing services. Income earned from these services goes towards supporting WIDHH’s free community programs such as our:

  • Hearing Aid Drop-In Services - where clients can have their aids cleaned, checked, or serviced at no charge.
  • "Lend an Ear" program - which refurbishes donated hearing aids and provides them on a permanent loan basis for those who cannot afford new aids.
  • Deaf and Hard of Hearing Seniors Outreach program - which provides volunteer outreach services for isolated seniors.

Our Philosophy

Because WIDHH is non-profit, we go beyond just selling hearing aids. We put your hearing health and your needs first.

Our philosophy is to work with each individual to develop a personalized hearing rehabilitation program that best fits your hearing needs, lifestyle, support network, and budget. We believe in a no-pressure approach because the decision to purchase hearing aids is deeply personal to each person’s circumstances.

WIDHH’s Hearing Aid Clinics fit all brands of hearing aids, do not give preferential treatment to any particular hearing aid brand, and operate independently from hearing aid manufacturers.

We also serve all clients including clients from:

  • WorkSafeBC
  • Veterans Affairs Canada
  • Ministry of Housing and Social Development
  • Inter-Tribal Health Authority
  • Non-insured health benefits
  • Private extended health coverage
